Debbie’s story is unique and inspiring. She began her sales career at the age of 18 and sold her first house while still in high school. Debbie continued to expand her skills and growth in the sales industry. Building her business on her own, without the support of a team, Debbie sold 160 homes per year and closed over 3,000 homes in her real estate sales career. Debbie was ranked the number one real estate agent in Los Angeles and Orange County, number three in the nation, and top 10 in the world; and the story goes on.
Debbie has a unique knack for inspiring and leading other people to the highest levels of success across multiple industries. When asked about what she does that is unique for her corporate customers, Debbie replied, “I don’t implement ‘one size fits all’ coaching and training programs. Instead, I invest the time to learn and understand every customer, every company, and their specific training needs. Then I customize a program that is uniquely their own.
