Campaigns Overview

A campaign is a series of automated marketing activities aimed at a specific segment of your farm or sphere. It can include Postcards, Handwritten Notes, Emails and Online Ads.This article will cover launching your first Direct Mail and Online Ad campaigns but we have included brief descriptions of the four campaign categories below:

The Top Prospects campaign will consist of direct mail and/or online ads to the Top 20% of contacts most likely to sell in your territory.Archived Campaigns are campaigns that have already been completed.

The Lead Nurture campaign consists of two email nurture drips to leads who have visited and responded to your branded lead capture websites.

The Just Listed / Just Sold campaign category is where you can create "Just Listed" or "Just Sold" postcards that go to an audience of your selection. You can customize these campaigns based on your preference and experience.

The Custom Audience campaign will deliver direct mail and/or online ad campaigns to a designated audience of your choosing. Please utilize the Add-Ons > Custom Direct Mail and/or Add-Ons > Online Ads feature to launch these a la carte campaigns.
