Steps for clients to follow:

1. Log in to your Facebook account and navigate to your business page. From your business page, select “Settings” in the top right next to “Help”.

Next, select “Page Roles” located on the left side. From there you will see “Pending Agency Requests” from SmartZip Analytics. Select “Respond To Request”

2. Then select the option that says "Give SmartZip Analytics Access to my Page"

3. When the “Approve Page Access?” pop up appears, select “Approve Request”

4. After clicking "Approve Request" Facebook will ask you to confirm you login credentials.

5. SmartZip Analytics should now display as “Approved” and the process is complete.

– Trouble Shooting Tips –

Unable To View The Notification?

  • Make sure that you are set as a page admin, other roles may not be able to view the notification. You can view your role by navigating to the “Page Roles” setting.
  • Make sure you viewing from a desktop web browser. Users may be unable to view notifications from their mobile devices through Facebook applications or mobile web browsers.
