Adding a Contact's Address

To add a contact's address after import, find the contact (1)  and click to reveal a sidebar menu, which will give you the option to scroll down and click into the fields illustrated below. The system will try to match the address as you type by auto-populating possibilities found in the SmartZip database.  You can either finish typing the address manually or click one of the auto-populated addresses.  Remember to save your changes!

Once the property is matched, all available insights will populate and are ready to be unlocked.  If you had previously unlocked the contact, you will have immediate access to those same seller analytics.

Deleting Sphere Contacts

Deleting a contact means that you are deleting them from your contacts list altogether.  This action only applies to your uploaded Sphere contacts that do not overlap with any purchased SmartTargeting farm contacts.  Once deleted, these contacts will be permanently erased, along with all their history.  This action cannot be undone.

There are two ways you can delete Sphere contacts from your account.  You can delete at the individual contact level, in bulk, and also by import.  

To delete an individual contact or a group of contacts in bulk, go to the Contacts page and filter for Sphere contacts.  Be sure to remove all other labels.  Use the check boxes to the left of the contact's name to select each contact you wish to delete, then use the Delete button at the top of the list.  
If you need to delete contacts in bulk, you can also choose Select All.  Directly below you will see a brief summary of how many contacts will be included in the mass deletion with the option to select the rest of the sphere targets available for deletion.

To delete contacts by a specific import, go to Contact Imports under your Account Settings.  Then, locate the imported contact file, and click the red delete button.

Since these contacts will be permanently erased from your database upon deletion, you will be asked to confirm the action beforehand. 

**Please Note:  If a Sphere contact overlaps with a contact from your purchased territory, it will not be deleted from your list.  Since you pay for the contacts in your geo-farm, this is to safeguard against any accidental deletions of data/analytics for which you are currently paying.  All sphere contacts must be independent to be eligible for deletion.**
