Enabling/Disabling Lead Notifications

  1. To update your lead notification settings, go to Account Settings. 

2.  Under the Account Management section, click on Notifications

This section allows you to turn on and off various notification options regarding lead activity, mailing approvals, and the action board. You can determine which notifications you receive through Push via the mobile CheckIn App, Email(s), and Text.

**Please Note:  Your mobile service provider may charge you for receiving SMS Text messages. Please check your data and messaging plan with your mobile service provider.  SmartZip will not charge you any additional fees for the SMS lead notification service.**

If you would like to remove a phone number from receiving all future notifications, select the orange Edit button next to the SMS column.

Adding additional Lead Notification Recipients

1.  You can add an additional team member's or personal assistant's email under Account Settings

2.  Under Additional Email(s), click Edit

3.  Add the desired email(s), check the "Send Notification" box, then click Save Changes. All lead notifications will now be sent to the primary and secondary emails!
