How do you qualify leads with this service?

Leads are qualified through the Inside Sales Associates utilized by our third party vendor. The highly qualified members of the ISA team will attempt have conversations with the homeowners included in your campaign. 

The ISAs make sure that they are hitting five major criteria points during the call. If the lead meets that criteria they are seen as a motivated seller.

  1. Motivation - The Prospect must have a need to sell the home based on three factors (Property Size/Relocation/Price). 

  2.  Selling Opportunity - The ISA must verify the Prospect is not currently under contract and is open to a conversation with the agent we are calling on behalf of for a listing opportunity. 

  3. Follow Up/Appointment - The ISA must schedule a follow up call or attempt to set an appointment based on Time Frame.

  4. Verification - The ISA will verify all contact information is correct and up to date i.e. Name, Address, Telephone, Email.

  5. Time Frame (Selling Intent) - The ISA will verify when the homeowner is wishing to sell 

Once identified as a motivated seller, you will receive contact information, detailed notes of the ISA’s conversation with the homeowner, and the preferred follow up method, including preferred day and time.
